Fallout New Vegas Bug: Ranger Andy and Raul [HD] *UPDATE*

In Fallout New Vegas, Raul is supposed to have an unmarked quest that nets him a Vaquero uniform. You need to talk to three people while Raul is following you, including Ranger Andy. The thing is... The game is BUGGED so that Raul will never notice that Andy said anything. This is rather frustrating, seeing as how the Vaquero outfit is the only real reason I like Raul.

UPDATE: There is a mod available for PC users that is reported to fix this problem. I am downloading it now.

UPDATE: It works. You need to extract the file to the the "data" folder in your New Vegas game folder. Activate the game launcher and hit "data files" and check the file you added. Then start the game, go to Ranger Andy, ask, "What do you do here, Andy?" and then Raul should react. For me, Raul didn't ask until I left Andy's house and re-entered.

Instructions from the mod creator:
The file goes in your Fallout New Vegas folder, inside the data folder. If it's in the right place, when you start the launcher and click on data, you should see it next to the falloutNV.esm. Just make sure it's checked and you're good to go.

I played PS3, and he didn't react until I left Andy's home. Might have something to do with the latest patch but...it worked for me.

This occurs after passing the Speech check to bypass the Ranger Station Charlie side quest, and the next time you talk to Andy; you can fix this by entering set "00084233".bRangerStationCharl­ieStage to 0 into the console). (PC only, btw)
