Probably within 5 years or more. Construction for the Northrail is slowed down by difficulties in construction as well as legal issues.

@edwinicable At the moment, the whole stretch of the PNR ROW is dangerous where there are people throwing rocks at the trains for no reason. The wire mesh is there for the passenger's safety.

It can't be avoided. The line has too many crossings. Safety is the highest priority here.
