Well, sure, but just because half squats aren't full squats doesn't make them a bad movement. Let's not forget that Paul Anderson loaded up the half squats, and squatted or nearly squatted 1200 pounds raw.

@AlexCoC3 you need to go full range in order for it to be passed, even grandma would manage that. Its like tdoing half squats, you can load it with twice the weights but full range squats you can only manage half the weight..

How big is the difference between choked and normal reps? How many reps can you do with Coc2 without/with choke? I never tried with choke and am 1/8 of an inch away from closing the 3.

@Kemenykezu it depends on the set you use.... A parallel deep set is almost the same thing.. But if u are 1/8 of closing it with no set you can rep it with a choke
