hey man did u end up getting it or not

Can you tell me if it's possible to put my own sounds on the pads?
I could need that for my band, but the Roland one is to expensive...
Maybe intro stuff for gigs or a bass drop.

awesome demo... how did you get your keyboard sustain pedal as a bass drum pedal to be so loud?
-
Well, it still sucked so I sold it.

Not to bad. You can hear it, but using a midi-cable instead of the usb 1.1 it's alright. Used a usb 2 native instruments kore soundcard and it worked well with addictive drums on my three year old laptop. Be prepared to return several before you get one that works properly, so don't buy it from mexico.

nope.

I returning mine. It was cancelling one pad if I hit two pads twice. Even if I get a new it might start cancelling one pad if you hit two pads twice. Many are getting faulty control pads, faults similar two mine, or that it triggers the pad next to it also. Alesis are having trouble with their quality control in China. Try Google "alesis control pad problems" and read for yourselves. Too bad for such a great idea. Gonna try Medeli DD505 for 300 Eúr used or even the Roland HD-1 for 500 Euro used.
Ho ho! I'm such a n00b! I had all my drums pads set on midi channel one. You change it on the controller. Now it doesn't cancel one pad when I hit two at the same time.
RTFM! People don't say that enough anymore.
