Shyla hurt her leg a year ago but seemed to 'come good'. A year on and the joint started clicking, meaning instability in the knee joint, so we thought it best to get her operated on. After an xray to confirm cruciate ligament damage, Shy underwent a 2 hour op to saw her tibia in 3 places, change the angle of her knee and then a metal plate with screws was put in to hold it all in place.
Here she is 4 days post op putting weight on the leg yay!! When I picked her up from the clinic she was not putting the leg down at all
