So I'm gonna do a bulking type of training where I do a 3 day split and make it intense with low reps at the the house, and then I'm going to add 20 minutes cardio to the end, and on Tuesday and Thursday I'm going to do me some SPRINTS for about 30 minutes...I'll see how my progress goes and keep you guys posted on that, oh yeah, I ain't going to count any calories and shit, I'll just make sure I get about 150g protein a day atleast since I'm 180lbs 6'1, and a gallon of water also,and I'll try

@Sjabbo199 You need to gain fat, Then gain muscle, Then lose the fat and you'll be a beast like him. If you do it that right way that is ^^ If you're skinny your muscles can't attach to anything and it'll take a shit load of time before you gain mass
