RACV Energy Breakthrough 1923 (Snub Pollard)

Oldest Known energy car. Silent movie from the Keaton / Chaplin era. Comdey actor Snub Pollard, Born Harold Fraser in Melbourne, Australia (1889-1962) Filmed 1923 and badly restored in the 1950s so now it has a dodgy voice over, and text slides removed unfortunately. I have edited the film for RACV (joke) I can put the full version on the tube if anyone is interested.

@puck30 When comedy Was King IS out on DVD, I bought it and LOVE it, it is SO funny! It gets to a point you can't breathe anymore from laughing so hard for so long.

Be easy on the film brother, If I remember correctly this came from a movie called 'When Comedy Was King'. Saw it in the theatres whe I was a snot-nosed punk kid with my mom in the mid 60's I think, it was very well put together for a compilation film (don't think it's out on DVD)

All I remember was my mom & I laughing for an hour and a half straight. The narrator wasn't that bad. Pretty good salute to the Comedy film stars of the Silent era.
