you guys are fuckin ripped!
-
@MstrJames Oh sorry-my fault. =)
but..No!-by the way i would say iron cross vs maltese is arguable. The rest is clearly harder than cross. I think for people(like me) who did planches on the ground and then got to rings maltese is easier to learn than cross

Would 'Akrowheels' be good to use for this?
-
@paulflo12 judging by the guy in the video you would need at least a book to list them all...
-
Haha i climb there periodically.. Good work keep it up.
-
If you curl your wrists in, it will make it much easier....give it a shot.

@Wangtang6911 very interesting. can you please link to a vid where someone is clearly doing it properly, or progressing towards it properly? thx.

what are the main muscles used to do this?

@paulflo12 The Iron Cross is really a testament to your entire upper body - it's one of those most difficult moves to perform, and even harder the variations (such as maltese, inverted, victorian). It uses your shoulders, traps, triceps, pretty much everything.

@Powerman8885
Re-read my statement. I said "And EVEN harder the variations" not "Even harder THEN the variations" the variations are much harder. I realize I was a bit unclear and my sentence could of been worded better.
