Just some average gameplay, my first time playing the map and first match longer than 2min, not even used to the sensitivity yet, can't get it right.
I'll upload some better videos tomorrow or the next day.
Settings are all maxed /w 8xQAA playing at 1920x1080. FOV set to 75.

  • Yo my man, what settings do you use? Is this the hava? and do you use sony vegas pro?

  • @TheKBKing21 I used to have a Hava, but refunded it a couple weeks after I had got it, replaced it with a Hauppauge HD PVR (way better). But this is the PC open beta, recorded with FRAPs @ 1920x1080, max game settings.

And yeah I use Vegas, rendered this as .wmv @ 12Mbps 1280x720, still trying to tweak my render settings.

  • Many people I've spoken with say the "PC is Dying". However, I'd have to agree with them, it really isn't just that the console market is "taking over", I can tell by this gameplay (not necessarily the players) that most PC's, especially those built for gaming demand alot, with the graphics and games that are ported from the consoles to the PC.

  • @iAmAnonymousTom What do you mean by demand a lot? I just built my computer 2 months a go and it only cost me less than $400.

I've run every game I've tried so far maxed out at 1080p even Crysis and Mafia 2. Don't think that's in the category of demanding a lot, but I'm not sure what you meant.

  • @vRNemesis Built your own computer for $400? Essentially, there's your answer. IF I bought a game(say Crysis for instance) for computer that's at least 4-6 years, I wouldn't be able to play it, because I don't have the proper equipment i.e. Graphics Card, sound card, etc.

  • @iAmAnonymousTom Answer? I have even less of a clue what you're talking about now to be honest. 4-6 years for what?

And $381 to be exact, for a *computer* that can also plays games even better than a $300 PS3 which is really only used for games and movies.

On top of that, in X amount of years when the next generation of consoles come out for $600-$900+ that will finally top my computer,. I'll be able to simply upgrade my video card for maybe $200 tops and suddenly my computer is back on top.
