WGTE Preview: See how German immigrants helped bring this region to life. Beginning in the 1830s and continuing into the 20th century, thousands of Germans immigrated to northwest and west central Ohio, clearing the land and draining the swamp for farming, establishing businesses, and building churches that formed the hearts of their neighborhoods. • Cool. Both sides of my parents are immigrants from southern Germany in the 1800's. I will always have a soft spot for Germany!

  • @zagi1able Ernsthaft???!!

@ the non German speakers my apologies for this ignorant German version of a redneck with no brains, education nor future.

  • @bigbruthaman you are entertaining, you should be on Jersey Shore, from your dumb comments it sounds like you'd fit right in.
