I went freediving for lobsters with my buddy in Palos Verdes CA. My mask had bad leaks during decent due to the heavy camera mounted on top of the mask. I had really hard time seeing stuff underwater. I was really lucky to get the two nice 2lb lobsters today.

  • THANKS FOR THE VIDEO, TRANSPORTED ME THERE, GREAT FEELING. LUCKY YOU. ONE THING, I`VE HEARD THERE ARE GREAT WHITES IN CALIF, HAVE YOU EVER SEEN ONE? OR ANOPTHER KIND OF DANGEROUS SHARK?

  • @mrtnslppbntso Thank you. I've never seen Great Whites yet, but I heard they are there especially around Catalina Island. I have seen a Mako shark once, but that was it. I see blue sharks sometimes. They are not that scary.

  • appetizing lobster ))

  • @noooreally Hi, I do not really have to do anything for my ears. When I feel pressure, I moved my jaw. However, I have started getting sinus block around my eyes since last year. It is painful. I now have to use Afrin to clear up my nose before I dive. I also have to pinch my nose and blow in order to equalize sinus between my eyes. The best method to equalize in less effort to save oxygen is "The Frenzel Technique". I tried, but I have not mastered the technique.

  • how do you equalize ?

  • @fishmunger2 I am sorry I gave you some wrong info. I thought we had to release female lobsters with eggs by law, but I read that you can keep any female legal size lobsters during lobster season regardless of having eggs or not by California Regulations. It is just known etiquette among fishermen to release female lobsters with eggs.

  • @fishmunger2 By California law, you have to let any female lobsters with eggs go during lobster season. You can also let females without eggs go. It is not by law in California, but marine biologists recommend.
