Look, if Pacquiao is following the Commission rules on testing, then Floyd should shut up in trying to lay his own rules.

The only problem I have with all of this is a fighter trying to make the rules. The rules have been in place for years. I don't beleive Floyd is scared of Manny but he want more money than Manny and he want to make the rule. How about leaving it to the commission.

@raughn3 no it wont ..PED's can still exist inside your system ie muscle growth ect even when it doesnt show up in your urine/blood..Thats the whole point of the random testing being established from WADA in the first place.So there are assurances to prove there hasnt been anything used before...

@CDudMusic pac agreed to take the test the next day after the fight. If pac was taking any growth hormones or steroids then it would show up in the blood test.
