Its pretty easy actualy, focus on making some perfect key poses, put a key on every body parts then just let tyhe computer do the interpolations. Dont forget the breakdowns (in-betweens) to create some sexy arcs

Dis must have took ages you got the hand signals perfect i cant even pregrom the hand signals by reading them off the net and you have animated it using a program that i can barely use properly

on 3ds max its very easy to animate the hands, and every parts of the body (on the biped), you move things and put keyframes!
