a xian rock-u-mentary: (part three) Bloodworm plays a tribute memorial for their friend Jennifer Habel at the Rock Cliffs camp ground at Jordanelle State Park. Jennifer Habel was one of Salt Lake City's finest punk rock photographers and captured much of the music scene from the late 70's on. Jennifer was often seen back stage or on stage at the Indian Center despite the promoter's wishes to keep those areas clear. She managed to squirrel her way back stage with Black Flag, T.S.O.L. and many more as they passed through Salt Lake City. She even got footage in the bathrooms! Jennifer Habel always had a smile and her camera with some crazy spiked up hair and the will to move forward and get the shot. Bloodworm personally knew this icon punker and will never forget her. Our condolences go out to Jennifer's Husband John Dearmin, Her kind mother and all her friends. Rest In Peace Jennifer. Jennifer Amanda Habel January 18, 1969 ~ June 24, 2011. She died from natural causes.
