How to make Windows XP look like Vista

This is how to make Windows XP look like Windows Vista. With minimal effort and best of all no transformation packs!

Ok so first download the multipacher from the first link.

Then download the theme from the second link.

Now install the multipacher. When this happens the theme for your computer will turn to "classic style" but it's part of the process, so don't give it a second thought.
NOTE: Windows will tell you that some of it's components have been replaced.
Ignore this.

Now open the file with the theme. The theme will be called "VistaVG".

Double click on it and chose "apply".
In order for it to stay your theme after you shut your computer down, save it.

If you ever want to change your theme back to xp. Go to "control panel" then "display".

FAQ:

Q: My computer looks like windows 2000, why is that?

A: A lot of people keep talking about how when the multipatcher installs there computer looks like windows 2000. THIS IS NORMAL. Now you may have to restart your computer but then just double click on the vista theme and you are all set! (Or you can just go back the XP theme by going to your display settings.)

Q: Will this slow down my computer?

A: No it won't.

Q: What does it do to my computer? And is it safe?

A: Yes it is safe. It edits your windows theme file so that you may use themes from people like vishal.

Q: Windows is saying something about nt files and about putting my install disc in, what the heck?

A: This one happens every once in awhile to some people. Try updating your system, also you can move this file from where it is at and it should work. BUT, I would only do that if really know what you are doing. This is not some big scary error that you should worry about. Just try updating.

Q: Does the theme only happen on my profile?

A: Yes only your profile should have the Vista theme.

Although there is absolute minimal risk in using this theme just to cover myself I am not responsible for anything that happens to your computer.

@DancingTaco1 Can you be more specific? If you mean it looks like windows 2000 all you got to do is choose the vista theme or go back to the XP theme.

I can't find the theme on the display settings why is that?

@nammerxsoul Well you need to click on the theme file and then it will open up display automatically. You can't just open display otherwise it won't work.
