THE CHRYSLER BUILDING - NEW YORK CITY

This certainly is a building to put on your list of places to visit the next time you are in New York. I recently paid the building a visit myself, and was amazed by the interior of the lobby, gleaming floors, and the ceiling painting, will blow you away.

Other cities might build taller, shinier, etc., but no one can ever compete with the style of New York's early skyscrapers.

Apart from the SS Normandie the Chrysler Building is by far the finest example of Art Eco in engineering in the World

in terms of the world-wide recognition, of course it does. it is very beautiful. i happen to love my city's (Chi-town's) skyline a bit better, but i'll admit, that's due to personal bias...plus, its my opinion. i'm a fan of both cities. as much as some think otherwise, both have similarities, but both are very distinct and unique at the same time.

I originally used the track 'Take The A Train' but was not allowed to put it with my slideshow, so changed to one I liked the siund of from the list on 'Audio Swap'. I can't recall the title, but Madeleine seemed to think it went with the views.
