HTML isn't a programming language. That being said, why the heck would someone use PHP for something what he can do with HTML? Admitting, the guy you replied to was a troll, but that doesn't change the fact that you don't really make any sense there. A bit like calling someone who creates a textfile with notepad stupid cause you can use your self written (more or less) program which does basically the same O_o
If Ruby on Rails is so good: 1) Why is Twitter down for 6 days of the year (accumulated time). 2) Why have Twitter replaced large portions of their Rails back-end with Scala? 3) Why is Twitter failing to implement features in a timely manner and thus losing market share to Tumblr? 4) Why don't you fu** off and do some ACTUAL WORK rather than trying to bash the opposition with silly videos?
