http://420lawoffice.com On December 18,2008, after a trial in Superior Court, County of Los Angeles, the Superior Court judge has dismissed the landlord's attempted eviction of a medical marijuana collective dispensary. The judge ruled that federal law did not apply, and, applying state medical marijuana law and in view of substantial compliance with local ordinances, the medical marijuana center would be permitted to enjoy its location and the benefits of its written lease: you can't evict a tenant for lawful conduct, after all!

Awesome news! I am pretty sure I know the answer to this, but have to ask. Did you roll up in court with that necklace and pin on? :-D THAT's something I would loooove to see, especially with the same outcome as today. Anyway, thanks for the info and your work in fighting the fight.
