http://www.BeSlimForHealth.com Part I I've been maintaining my weight loss for about 6 weeks now and am learning what I need to do to stay at my goal weight. It's important to identify the things that trigger your appetite, whether they be certain tastes, or eating at a certain time or certain eating patterns, and then figure out ways to avoid them. It seems to me that it is easier to avoid the things that make you overeat or eat inappropriately than to try to "Be Good" once your appetite has been peaked. The other thing I think is really important is constantly telling yourself that you can do it, recognize the progress you have made so far, the benefits you have received from eating in a healthy way and how good you feel as a result. Let your internal dialogue help you continue on your path to optimal health instead of hindering your progress. And finally, it is important to remember that this is a lifelong journey toward optimal health. Ultimately it was not just about losing weight but rather gaining health.

Great tips! Thanks for sharing, and congrats on your incredible success. The "trigger foods" are definitely something I have always struggled with.
