when you say here is some of the new development, refering to the recently built apartments -note well that the same phenomena is in my neighborhood also.

There are so many changes happening that if you went on vacation, upon return you may get completely lost.

Wow, this is perfect. I used to live on N10th street in between Berry and Bedford during the 90s, so this is really my home town.
