This is a bit off topic but none the less it is just as concerning.

How many times have you been in a doctors waiting room and spotted a pharmaceutical rep? Doctors are "given" equipment to test out, if they push the procedures that require it. The whole pharmaceutical system is in need of an overhaul. The selective reporting from merck is only the tip of the iceberg.
