This tennis player does not represent AMERICA. I will not buy anything she endorses .......EVER.

Can we please, and please stop talking about the same stuff over and over and over again, it DOES NOT matter if she is black, green, yellow, mexican, latin, asian, etc, etc, etc, she lost her cool, and she did something terrible, she should be punished because of that, all this racial talk is just patethic, this is 2011 and we are still talking about the color of the skin, BS.

@Dirkdigglerdan Can I like this....1,000 times?

Don't care if she's black, purple, or green. She's a down right bitch on court. Sure, she's a great athlete but when you accomplish so much, it's also important to have grace. ex. Federer. Race has nothing to do with her attitude on court.

Serena represents Serena, end of story.
-
well the issue doesnt have to be race, but when it obviously is you cant ignore it. White players do alot worse things and they get no fine or no penalty...so what else would it be other than racism?
-
It is still pathetic how after all these years has gone by racism still lives on. The people who survive off of being racist really needs a psychiatrist, that is not cool at all. Dammit, we are all our own damn color and have problems that we deal with in our own way. There are billions of us that live on this damn planet, we are equal, please show some damn respect to those who have enough courage to pursue their careers and dreams and may have issues throughout the way. Respect comes first

@cyberian2007 Who gives a shit

@TVInformative Serena does NOT represent Black women. She represents herself. This is the 2nd time she has shown herself to be ghetto. I appluad her work in Africa to build schools Im disappointed in her lack of class and lack of knowledge of tennis rules.

Serena might be an angry black woman. If she was white she would have been an angry white woman but since some people are prone to say "white is right" that is not a stereotype.I dont see her argument as an outburst. I see John McEnroe's kicking and screaming as outbursts.

@TVInformative Black or any color she is ugly and has to grow up. Get over the call and play. Actually she was getting her ass kicked before the call and after. She is also stupid. That was not the same umpire that screwed her last time. I hope they ban her from next years open.
Come on guys,give her a break everyone does a mistake.By now,she might have already apologized.All game players have this attitude so no need for those racist slurs.

@MrSir48 I agree..im surprised this video has that many views. Serena is someone I look up to even with her outbursts, she's still an amazing athlete. Also she gives back to the community.

@val21491 Because of Serena's elite status in the tennis world she represents the black women to all around the world. Many people may get their idea of Black women from Serena. Serena's behavior was similar to that of the TBW stereotype, and this was not the first time.. So therefore Serena represents on behalf of all Black women and she was portraying us in a negative way to some people.

In America every thing has to do with race, Serena has an obligation to her fans and the Black community to represent us in a positive light. Serena's actions were that of what some would call a "TBW". a "TBW" is a stereotype used in the media to make black women seem obnoxious, loud, ignorant, and rude. You see references of the "TBW" in your popular shows on BET. That being said Serena is the current best tennis player in the world, and I like her not because she is black, but of her talent.
