no, it's not racism, Filipinos are just very supportive to each other. One's success is success of the whole country. that's why many Filipino always put "proud, happy," for someone when they are commenting on videos etc.

I want to say NO simply bcuz i did a Wikipedia on both and they were born in different places. I want to say YES bcuz both have the same last name. This is a good question to raise. You can be born in different places, have the same last name, and STILL be related. They could be distant cousins. You just never know. I would love to see a duet with them, though. That would be real nice. Or Shanica Knowles and Anna Maria Perez de Tagle should do one.

She can! For proof, type in Anna Maria Perez De Tagle on YouTube and put the word "singing" at the end and just listen. Her voice is cool and fluid, like H2O! She's awesome! Both Anna Maria Perez de Tagle and Shanica Knowles have good voices.
