@serginietor Stupid, do you know if you don't use the basic voices you DON"T get streets announced at all so you get "Turn Left" instead of "Turn Left on Oak st." So with the clarkson voice you've lost 50% of the usefulness of the device. I discovered this when I change the voice to an Australian one. I wondered what was up with the device and then realized the limitations of these custom voices. May be fun for a little bit but for everyday use they are useless :)
