it's a private track so u can't just go in for a couple of laps to mess around. MVP and other organizations book the track for a full day and u can pay to participate. typical $250 for a full day of lapping. u can go in anything as long as it passes safety inspection.
gingerman raceway in south haven, michigan offers evening test and tune during the summer for $60. you get about an hour of on-track time for that price.
