This new praline recipe I came up with is now replacing my old tried-and-true recipe from years gone by! I use Philadelphia Cream Cheese, buttermilk and dark corn syrup in this new recipe, and these pralines are rich and creamy! I know you will love them too!

  • the water that you use for testing for the soft ball stage, is it room temp? or actually cold?
