Special thanks to RNS Videomedia for providing the video for our wrap up! While Beginner Novice, Novice, and Training levels got to have their day on the cross-country course, eight inches of rain flooded the Lamplight Equestrian Center in Wayne, Illinois on Friday and Saturday, September 12 and 13, prompting officials to cancel cross-country phases for the Preliminary, Intermediate, and Advanced divisions, which were scheduled to run on Saturday. Thus, the upper levels ran as combined tests and despite relentless downpour throughout the day, the riders continued to smile and present top-notch performances in the ring.
This is awesome that you got the video up so quick. I was pretty disappointed about Cross-Country for the higher levels but no one got hurt so that's good. I hear it was 15 inches of rain from Friday-Saturday. I hope the weather is better next year, its such a nice facility! And I got to meet famous people so that's pretty cool too!
