I cannot believe in a time of recession, the government introduced such a ridiculous law. If they want to put time and energy into something important, they could have given complete civil rights to the LGBT community and not this ridiculous civil marraige shite!

The same faith sustained the largest network of molesters, rapists & murderers Ireland has ever known. If any other organization did what that "faith" did & still does it would've been proscribed like the IRA. Fair play to your ancestors for coping with the famine, mining and pulling their own teeth but it was pure human balls that saw them through though I'm sure faith helped make sense of all the hardship. Look to modern Ireland not it's false & rosy history to see what our old faith has done.
