SHAKATAK - KN7000 TECHNICS- ONCE UPON A TIME - played by Hilton Camons

This song is one of my favorite Shakatak songs. Called "Once Upon A Time", it was released on their City Rhythm album back in 1985 and was a master piece composition by Bill Sharpe (keyboards & music) and Roger Odell (drums & lyrics). These two collaborated on many of the songs Shakatak produced and at the time, Polydor was their record company. Today most of their music is available on their webshop via their website www.shakatak.com and their amazing discography says it all. This band is one of the longest lasting bands out their and their appeal is world wide especially in Japan due to the instrumental content of their music. Shakatak will surely go down in history as one of the most influential in the Jazz/Pop/Funk/Fusion genres.
