Lawyer talk -
In my video's I may on occasion - Play with sharp objects, really hot things, or other inherently dangerous stuff!

Since I have no control over what skills YOU might have, materials you use, or whether you have a moment of sheer and utter stupidity... By EVEN watching this video... You agree that, Your family, heirs, neighbor fred, and anyone even remotely connected with You... Hold Me, my family, heirs, pet dog, and anyone even remotely connected with me - NOT liable if You (or anybody else) get's hurt, by You copying what I do. As a matter of fact... (Legaly speaking), just don't try this at home!)

  • So why do I want to do this? I have a valve you say is crap and I put in a brass valve you claim is better. What have I gained? I still have a valve that lets me drain water from my hot water heater.

  • @masm60 There will be a time in your life (Very soon), when that 30-50 gallons in your hot water heater, will mean the difference between your survival.......... or death.

  • are you a water heater valve salesmen?

  • LOL

  • @monteriano I already have a 1000 concrete buried cistern in the middle of the front yard, and a submersible pump @ 1800 gallons/hr. Just 400 watts though, so my solar system can handle it.

  • Or just hook a hose to it and leave the hose on top. No leak.

  • and the other threats of the near future is NO ELECTRICITY !!! so i suggest enything like fridges and water heaters should be the last option !!!! just a thought makes sense to me

  • nice this sure 2 help some people

  • Passing this to hubs. lol.

  • Woah...I never thought of this! Great idea! I'll be sure to check into fixing mine ASAP! That's a LOT of water you could have at your fingertips...

  • If you look closely at some of my other videos... You can see a picture of my hand pump well. (It also has an electric pump). We use that well for all of our veggie irrigation. Boiled, and filtered, It will provide unlimited drinking water.

  • There are HAND PUMP WELLS still in use in some towns. People didnt destroy them. use a HIKERS WATER PURIFICATION PUMP to clean it. Look in farms and some OLD parks.
