  • Good presentation, but so far I know during auscultation, percussion,or palpation doctors should stand on the right side of the patient.

  • 1)You are suppose to be looking at the Patient face when palpating to see if they are in pain

    2) When you starting to percuss for Liver, you are suppose to start at Sternal angle, midclavicular line and work your way down, in a female patient, go down along sternal border. You also started too high up from Right inguinal region midclavicular line.

  • need to be more confident, by the way why not try looking at the patients face during palpation, did you actually palpate the liver/spleen?
