Tsem Tulku Rinpoche's VERY IMPORTANT teaching given in 1998.

The heart of Buddhist wisdom in eight short verses, elucidated by a fearless pioneer of contemporary Dharma.

Unconditional love and freedom are here and now if we let go of self-centred obsession and let ourselves be embraced by WHAT IS.

The very life we are living, with all its difficulties, failures and frustrations, can be the road to liberation. The world can be our school of transformation. Everybody becomes our best friend. We become our own best friend.

Deeper and deeper, from learning to cherish all beings as precious, to realising that those we perceived as enemies are our supreme teachers, the teachings in this book take us, into our innermost heart where we discover that we are the light we have been longing for.

  • Yeah, by practising Gaden Lhagyama Guru Yoga (Lama Tsongkhapa) with good motivation, it leads us to be reborn in Maiterya Heaven, a good rebirth where we can practise Dharma and achieve Englightenment, such a powerful and beneficial practise...........

  • Thank you rinpoche for the teaching on Gaden Lhagyama it is very vast and the benefits of this practice is immesurable.

  • Actually by visualizing that wisdom string that connects from the Je Rinpoche in our heart to maitreya heaven, and being aware of Maitreya this awareness of ours will create the merit for us to be able to go to Maitreya Heaven.

  • Rinpoche passed the oral transmission to his students powa practice or consciousness transference how kind.

  • Though we can offer all the beautiful things whatever we see, we still have to make offerings on our alter hehe.

  • At the time of death if we just can remember that wisdom string that connects the lama tsongkhapa at our hearts to Maitreya heaven it will bring us to Maitreya heaven . We should always realize that Je Rinpoche is in our hearts and the string connects back to Maitreya heaven.

  • I love Rinpoche, Everything about him is benefit and a teaching. I bet his changing physical size is also a big teaching for his students.

  • Applying Dharma practices into our daily is good, as we collect merits every single hours/minutes at the same time purify all our bad Karma. Making offerings everyday or serving our guru will leads us to continue connect with our Guru life after life until we achieve englightenment........

  • Crazyindharma: I totally agree with your point here, we do 1 hour prayer, and the remaining time we are actually doing non-dharma work and we so called ourself "Practising Dharma".... we collect merits in our prayers, at the sametime we might also collecting bad karma in the 23 hours non dharma works.......So practising dharma every single day, hours, minutes is very important to us.....

  • Doing our daily sadhana or prayers will only take us about 1 hours to do dharma work, what about the 23 hours left??? Besides our daily sadhana, we should also fully utilised the remaining hours to do Dharma works, this is a best way for us to accumulate merits.....
