CrystalCandieBB its loreal's extra intense liquid pencil eyeliner it's super SUPER black and yeahhh..... It does smudge you should try out maybelline's eyeliners those are great!!!!:) although the loreal one is great :) hope this helped

What eyeliner was used for the bottom? And does it smear easy? The reason I ask that is because when ever I use eyeliner for the bottom it always smears. Do you think its because the kind I am using?
