I know it's pricey, but I've recently discovered Chanel's energizing mutli-protection eye cream. It says it's anti-puffiness/dark circles and has SPF 15. I've never had an issue with puffiness, but moreso dark circles and dryness, and have noticed a *huge* difference! Highly highly recommended.
