@skb0rzn "who polices the police..?" a quick answer would be the "IAD (internal affairs division).. in actuallity, they police themselves, or fail to, dependin' on which side you're on.. if a "law enforcement" officer after hearing a complaint fails to act on that complaint then he/she is guilty of failure to respond to a complaint, dereliction of duty, and more.. we police the police every time a judge rules for us against a corrupt cop.. still workin' on a more perfect world, we are..
