Don't Grunt in Planet Fitness!

This gym is a JOKE, I understand the philosophy their trying to go for, but seriously, training at the gym or working out, is about HARD WORK, discipline, and dedication. If you're a member of this chain of gyms, then I'm sorry you're probably one of those people who will most likely go NOWHERE with your workout because you've been suckered in by this coddled "planet fitness" BS.

If you grunt while pinching an especially voluminous loaf, can they still kick you out?

these gyms are a joke. the employees sound the alarm for no reason sometimes. I siren going off by your head while lifting any amount of weight is far more dangerous than any other activity they protect against.

The no grunting rule has got to be the work of a female who is intimidated by the male sound of grunting. Why don't they just rename this gym Planet Pussy?

i agree, planet pussy is the appropiate name for this gym. grunting is a normal reaction when under strenuous lifting. what a bullshit rule.

Grunting is ridiculous in most cases. People grunting squatting 200 pounds, or bench pressing 135, it's for attention.

Grunting is not ridiculous. It is an involuntary reaction to working out hard. You obviously have never worked out hard enough, you slacker.
