Here's a clip of the rig as it negotiates a corner in Two Hills. Those big Kenworth tractors have heavy counterweights over the rear axles to give more traction. In addition to the tractors, there's a logistics support team of at least 15 vehicles including pilot cars, police, Hydroelectric utility (for lifting powerlines as the rig passes under) Overall height of the load is nearly 38 feet or around 12 meters.

At this point they had one tractor in front and one behind. At some places they have as many as 5 on the rig. Once they get around the corner they put 2 or 3 more on. There are a few hills on the route too.

That big vessel (one of many) is used in the vertical position at the Syncrude plant in Fort McMurray to process and separate the crude bitumen from the oil sands.

160mill tons is like 438 empire state buildings

the empire state building weighs 365000 tons or so a normal fully loaded truck weighs 40 tons it looks massive but its not 160mill tons
