What you're saying is Bidah. All women should attempt to get as near to the Kabah as they wish. It is their right, and no man should advise otherwise, or say otherwise.The Kabah is not a "man only" site. It doesn't matter if they get touched by accident, it's about the Neyah.

salam the only thing i could say is that men should help other women in any mean to go as close as possible to the kabbah as they would help they own sister or mother to achieve the same goal.

I dont think so anybody would dare touch a woman deliberately during tawaf. I mean it's a very stupid thing to say that women cant go near. She can unless it's easy for her to and the kabaah is within her reach. Plus there should be a man ( her brother, husband, father) behind her to guard against other men (who by mistake may touch her).
