School zone photo radar on school grounds durring the time ALL the kids go running home. Most drivers are wondering, did that flash? Does it go off at 2 over? at 10 over? Not cool.

I could only imagine that the workers of the photo radar are doing this. hmmm maybe they should call 911 on your video. LOL

You should have taken down HIS licence and then gone down to the police station and sworn out an affidavit an dhad a ticket issued, It is ILLEGAL to park a vehicle on the sidewalk. An Emergency vehicle could park on the sidewalk in an emergency, however, a photo radar vehicle could not be considered an emergency vehicle as it is not equipped to handle emergencies, i.e. not the appropriate light warning system, no siren, P.A. System etc.

I don’t see how that is going to work. With the cars parked so they can’t get a read on a speeding car, or a picture .

The cops don’t need to hid. 20 years ago where I use to lived the cops use to park on the street with two cars one working each way with the 4 ways going and still write 4 or 5 tickets per cop car and hour in the school zone.
