Here swims "Milk", my white HM (halfmoon) betta drifting along his 5 gallon tank. He is shy and tends to hide behind his large indian almond leaf in the background, but once I inserted a mirror into his tank, most ostentatiously flared his fins and huffed and puffed along furiously.

@MrGman0909 Yup, it is kinda sad. However, I recently watched a video by creativepetkeeping that the two can coexist if kept in certain conditions.

@MrGman0909 You can keep them with guppies, I have two baby guppies with my halfmoon betta and they are both still alive, healty, and the betta basiclly ignores them. Or, get a tank with a divider and seprate them, guppies don't need that much room
