    The Reverend Jackson came from a tradition of African American ministers who put the lilt and roll into preaching. His political activism gave a lot of white bread America the first exposure to the style but it's A Thing black ministers do. All sects have their theatrical touches. And his Green Eggs And Ham had Dr Seuss smiling, I'm sure!
