20070820 - work - training video - I don't have the time!

More scratch video for the training project (3+ years in development) at work. They needed someone surly who was obviously annoyed at all the spam, junk mail, telemarketers, and door-to-door salesmen. I was immediately typecasted. Even the president of the company came in and said she thought I was a good choice for the role. Heh. I was good enough that they did not replace me with a professional actor later -- I got to work with the professional actors. Granted, I was the only one who couldn't remember lines I'd memorized 30 seconds ago... And I was the only one that made everyone have to stop production and hook up the telepromper machine... But my rate was still so much lower that the ROI on my acting was likely higher than that on the pros. I'd like to see the final video sometime.
