This is pretty close but perhaps not as nice as the Super Collar. There isn't anything preventing the handle to snag when not in use and the dog is just being a dog... Looks like the Super Collar does, plus it has two strong cables as to one. I dunno. Good idea, but I think the SuperCollar has a few up on this. Super Collar is approved by veterinarians, too. I found the SuperCollar through their partner Blind Dogs for the Blind.
