The only ones that need to apologise for the situation in Belgium are the incompetent ministers that want to cling to their bountifull wages and 'bonuses', also the idiots or ignorants that allowed them to govern though.
Personally I hope that soon Belgium bursts, so the northern part finally can work for itself instead of the southern part.
