I agree... The letter is in archaic language that was probably Etruscan an indigenous Italian before the archaic Latin took its place in the local language. Some expressions do not have translation and other old stanzas are interjections as HO-HA! or SO-HA! which represent only a rallying cry when you touch the sword on the opponent, similar to "touche” in sword-play.
