www.clouddragontaichi.co.uk This video show partner practice of Four Directions push hands and Reeling Silk push hands practice in a class environment. This type of practice develops listening skills and teaches how to redirect at close quarters. Students learn the major push hand drills and then move on to free style push hands where one can develop close quarter grappling skills alongside redirecting and issuing ones own force. Push hands can be considered a bridge between Tai Chi Chuan forms and self defence.

The music was from the You Tube audio swap collection. I originally has a sixties Surf instrumental added to the video which because of copy right issues was removed from the video and I had to do an audio swap with you tube. This was taken from their world music section and I really can't remember the title. If you look through the audio swap collection, I think you will be able to find. Yes it's an ok Ska/reggae tune.
