200 INNOCENT AND HELPLESS VICTIMS OF CANAL MOTORS FRAUD WAITING FOR JUSTICE
A fraud amounting over a billion rupees was committed by fraud Rana Qaiser Nazeer owner of Canal Motors Jail Road and Faisal Town Lahore which was masterminded by his influential friends and associates SP Rana Mansoor Ul Haq and Major Rana Hameed.




Rana Qaiser Nazeer was produced in court on 17th March 2010 after two weeks of illegal detention by SP Rana Mansoor. He was kept in remand for couple of months against more than 200 FIR'S registered against him by more than 200 victims who have invested their life time savings against the booking of cars. NAB took notice and Fraud Rana Qaiser Nazeer was taken in their custody from the police on 13th May 2010. Now after five months of investigation when investigation officer NAB Mr Waqas Ahmad Khan found out that major portion of the looted money is with SP Rana Mansoor (a relative of DG NAB) and Major Rana Hameed. Meanwhile SP Rana Mansoor Ul Haq who is son in law of Rana Nazeer (MNA Nawaz League) of Kamoki who is an NRO beneficiary also. Mansoor who is a known corrupt police officer is using his influence and looted money to get away. When investigation officer asked for DG's approval to arrest SP Rana Mansoor and Major Rana Hameed it was deliberately denied and after delaying it for couple of months the case is being transferred to another wing by DG NAB which is not only strange but also reflects malafied intentions of the DG to take out the real culprits off the case.
We are more than 200 affectees most of them retired pensioners, widows and orphans who have lost their life time savings have tried to raise our voice but are being stopped by powerful corrupt influential who are loaded with our looted money also.
POINTS TO PONDER:
1. Why the investigation officer is changed???(Because DG asked him to take Mansoor and Hameed out of the case)
2. Why the DG is supporting Rana Mansoor???(He is relative of Mansoor)
3. Why the properties of Qaiser Nazeer not taken into custody by NAB?(because they are with Mansoor, already proved by the removed investigating officer)
4. Why the media is stopped relaying the news against Mansoor and how and who is doing it??(Mansoor using his political influence to put it behind the curtains)
The committee of affectees is serious to chase this incidence. There are people in between who are causing hindrances and trying to spread false news among people who are already under tremendous financial pressures.
We all would like to request the you to come forward for our help in raising our issue to a level where our issue can be noticed and Justice can be provided in getting our life savings back.
