This 8 minute workout takes your abs for a ride, changing between six static and dynamic exercises. Add the extra variatons between open and closed kinetic chain exercises and you have a winner for this holiday season!
Remember that all exercises should be working your abs and you should never feel any work /tireness in you lower back. This is just a sign that you need to take a brake /adjust the level of the exercise before you continue.
Exercises:
1. Side to side from forward position
2. Rotation of the trunk in forward position
3. Shoulder stretch with abs (make it easier by putting the sling on your knees)
4. Lower abs in fly
5. Sit-ups in fly
6. Side chrunches
