LOS PROTONES: Banda instrumental formada en Lima, Perú, en 2007 por cuatro ex-ntegrantes de la banda de garage rock Manganzoides, junto a Kalka (3 al Hilo, Valium) en percusión, con un estilo instrumental que combina psicodelia, surf y garage rock. Su primer CD aparece con el sello peruano Discos Gordos en febrero 2009.

Instrumental band formed in Lima, Perú, in 2007 by four former members of the garage rock band Manganzoides, together with percussionist Kalka, and playing an instro style that combines psych, surf, and garage rock. Their debut CD is released in February 2009 by the Peruvian label Discos Gordos.
