This is the video The Basics of Non Violent Communication with Marshall Rosenberg (founder of Nonviolent Communication). Nonviolent Communication is not about speaking in a certain way but about speaking from at certain point of view. Practicing zazen (zen-meditation) and Nonviolent Communication helps you become one with that Point witch has been called many things (your true self, the heart, God, the Buddha Nature, the Nirvana-perspective).

Thanks a lot for posting, dear EcceHomoZen.
3:30... "Don't do anything that isn't play." (Joseph Campbell) The clue is in avoiding actions that are not motivated by self-fulness but by duty, obligation, guilt, shame, regret, anxiety, "fear of losing someone" etc. If everything we do we do for ourselves, then life will be playful. I care for my own needs and I am happy and open and understanding towards others' needs in this way without feeling urged to satisfy their wantings.
